Granville Neighborhood Health Center
Health care and health insurance have changed a great deal since the Granville Neighborhood Health Center (GNHC) opened in 2009. More changes are likely as the Affordable Care Act moves forward. So much has changed that many of the reasons for opening the clinic no longer exist.

Recently the GNHC Board, along with Risen Savior Lutheran Church members and leadership, decided that the clinic will cease operation at the close of the January 10, 2015 clinic.

Bread of Healing, which operates 2 clinics just a few miles from the Granville clinic, has graciously agreed to accept Granville's patients.

The clinic at Eastbrook Church is located at 5385 N Green Bay Rd.
        Clinic hours are:
        Every Monday, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Every Thursday, 9 am -11:30 am
Every 3rd Saturday of the month, 9 am – 12 noon.
To make an appointment, call 414-228-5220 x107 and identify yourself as a Granville patient. A volunteer will return your call as soon as possible and give you the  next available appointment.  The volunteer scheduler makes calls 2 days each week.
